Superb and bright 120 sq.m. duplex in the heart of the authentic village of Hauteluce.
In addition to its Baroque bell tower (our neighbour) and its view of Mont Blanc, the village is a paradise for skiers and hikers.
It consists of three large bedrooms, a mezzanine, three bathrooms, a vast and bright living room - dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, you will find a spacious south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Private garage and ski room.
The duplex is part of a large renovation project that was completed this summer.
The bedroom with 5 single beds consists of 3 bunk beds and a pull-out single bed with a second sleeping area. It is possible to place these two sleeping areas side by side to form a double bed.
With the single bed on the mezzanine, this gives 11 sleeping places for more flexibility.
In winter, two ski areas are available to you.
That of Hauteluce - Les Saisies with its 195 km of slopes
and that of Hauteluce - Les Contamines MontJoie with 110 km of slopes reaching 2500m.
The slopes of Les Saisies are 5 minutes away by car or free shuttle (no ESF meeting point at this location)
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

In summer, the village (1100 m) is an ideal starting point for your excursions and hikes.
The free shuttles are located 50 m from the chalet.
By car, the village is 45 minutes from Albertville by a perfectly cleared departmental road. You will be in Les Saisies in 10 minutes.
Note that the village is also accessible by bus from Albertville train station.

Apartment for 9 people of 90 m² on the 1st and 2nd floor of a typical chalet. Carefully decorated.
Ideally located a 5-minute walk from the centre of the resort in a quiet area.
Splendid view of the Beaufortain mountains.
South-facing balcony. Lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen!
You will enjoy 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. WiFi.
The apartment has four very cosy bedrooms.
Two ski lockers are included in the rental at the foot of the slopes (Piccard shop)
Close to the centre of Les Saisies but peaceful.
For skiing, two options:
- a free shuttle at 100m.
- reach the Legette sector at 300m.
Finally, note that two out of four bedrooms are in mezzanines and that the two closed bedrooms have double beds.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday!
1st and 2nd floor of the chalet.
Access to the chalet via communal path and a few steps
(approximately 50 m from the car).
This access may prove difficult for people with reduced mobility in winter.
